Marie-Anne Rogers of Masteroast and Javier Gomez Lopez of FlavorActiv visited the ICO in December 2015 to present on the complexities of green coffee defects and current work on a calibrating sensory plan for coffee professionals. The presentations were part of The Coffee Sessions, a series of coffee education events hosted by the International Coffee Organization and the Speciality Coffee Association of Europe UK Chapter (SCAE-UK) Education Coordinators.
