A museum of history of “Krasnodar tea” was opened in Dagomys not far from Sochi. It was created by tea factory workers, producing different varieties of tea, branded as “Baloven”. The first tea plantation was put by farmer Judas Koshman in 1901 in Sochi district. Since 1940 a tea factory has worked in Dagomys, for many years it was a headquarters of “Krasnodar tea”.
