The Coffee Tea Cacao Russian Expo has already become the traditional and most significant meeting place for coffee professionals from all over Russia. In 2021, the Russian Barista Days hosted 5 coffee championships, 2 of which were the exhibition's own coffee projects: the Barista of the Year National Award and the Roaster of the Year National Award.
The competition "Barista of the Year" was attended by 19 people from all over Russia. Anastasia Vaininskaya (Sibaristica) became the champion. The second place was taken by Daniil Kochetkov (Sibaristica), the third - Mikhail Shchepetov ("Cheboko").
The Roaster of the Year award was held in 2 stages, in the first stage 60 roasters from all over Russia participated, in the second - 25.
