At the end of the day the organizers of the Forum together with SCAE will conduct a Cup Testing Championship**, the winners of which will be awarded by a special prize from the magazine Coffee & Tea in Russia. And at the closing gala dinner representatives of SCAE will hold an awarding ceremony of winners of three final Russian championships: Barista, Latte Art and Cap Testing, which will be held on the eve of the Forum.
